COPYRIGHT/PATENT:

All 360 Brake designs are copyrighted, patent pending and are protected by the copyright and patent laws of the U.S. federal government and internationally by the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). Any copyright or patent violations will be subject to legal action.

SHIPPING:

All orders within the continental U.S. and International will be shipped DHL Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders shipped FOB 360 Brake, Indianapolis, IN.

Freight Claims: All parts are inspected and double checked for count and quality before shipping. Customer accepts responsibility for the product at the time of shipping. Any claims for damage or loss must be filed with the freight carrier. 360 Brake will provide any shipping information if needed.

International orders: All international orders must be paid in full prior to shipment by wire transfer in “U.S. FUNDS ONLY”. International customers must pay all shipping charges, duties, customs, taxes and other costs. 360 Brake will not be responsible for these charges. 360 Brake will use the best available carrier unless our customer specifies a carrier

Refused Orders: Customer is responsible for all freight costs to and from destination for refusing a product delivery, plus a 20% restocking fee.

RETURNS:

All requests for product returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number from 360 Brake and must include a copy of the original purchase invoice. A 20% handling fee will be charged for restocking of parts unless the return is a result of defective merchandise or any error on the part of 360 Brake.

All returns must be in the original packaging to be eligible for any credit or exchange. Any return sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. Special order sales are final and may not be returned.
