To All Prospective Dealers & Distributors:

Thank you for your interest in the 360 Brake Company.  To protect our existing Dealers and Distributors, it is our policy to offer our products at competitive prices only to legitimate businesses that meet our requirements.

 

For your convenience we have made a checklist of our requirements and the differences between Dealers and Distributors.

 

Dealers

1)    Are a legitimate dealership with an aftermarket retail store.

2)    Have a business location separate from the owners residence/home.

3)    Have a method to market and attract customers.

4)    No minimum purchase size.

5)    All orders are prepaid prior to shipping.

 

Distributors

1)    Are a legitimate distributor with a supply of dealers.

2)    Have a method to market and advertise products to dealers.

3)    Have the ability to do online sales.

4)    Must stock products.

5)    Minimum purchase of 25 Brakes per order.

6)    All orders are shipped with payment due within 30 days.

Read this important info

 

If you sell a 360 Brake as a "customer installed" product, in order to protect yourself from liability for that installation you must have your customer sign the Customer Installation Waiver. This form notifies the customer that they will be giving up all claims to warranty. Keep a copy of this form for your records.
